Passion for Praise: 'A Shelter for the Oppressed!'
Wednesday, September 14, 1960
The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you.
"Despairingly the poor disappointed father turned away from the disciples to their Master. His son was in the worst possible condition, and all means....."
"Dear Father, Eternal God, Thank you for a high priestly Savior, who in the days of his flesh, offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries....."
"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.""
