Spiritual Warfare: 'Sexual Sin Blocks Our Path to God's Kingdom'

God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, July 13, 2025

Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.

Today's Prayer

Lord, the temptations of sexual sin and immorality are all around me. People are sleeping together without being married and are practicing all kinds of sexual sin and promiscuity. It’s so hard to stay pure, so I need your help. Fill my mind with wholesome thoughts, Lord, and help me to live a wholesome life-in spite of what the world tells me is ok to do. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
