Ellen Halstead has lived in the shadows of three sisters who are more intellectually gifted. Those sisters have become doctors and high level executives. By contrast, Ellen hasn’t even finished college. Yet today, Ellen is the manager of a large food co-op in Seattle. She is very happy. How does she do this?
