Spiritual Warfare: 'God Rescues Those Who Love & Honor Him'

God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, January 18, 2026

The Lord says, "Whoever loves me, I will save. I will protect those who know me. They will call to me, and I will answer them. I will be with them in trouble; I will rescue them and honor them."

Today's Prayer

Lord, I announce and confess my love for You and for Your Son Jesus. I want to know You both better and better each day. I will spend precious time in Scripture and prayer and then watch to see how You are at work all around me so I can join that work and bring glory to Your Name. I call to You now for protection on my journey and confidently look forward to the perfect rescue You will surely provide. Deliver me, Lord, from all my troubles. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
