Spiritual Warfare: 'Christians Wield Great Power in Their Words'

God's Power for Our Battles — Monday, February 23, 2026

I will give you the keys (authority) of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth will have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth will have [already] been loosed in heaven.

Today's Prayer

Lord, thank You for empowering Christians with authority and power. Thank You for the power in our prayers and the spoken word. Thank You for giving Christians authority here on earth. Remind us always to be bold, loving, and forgiving to those around us. Remind us in the heat of the moment that we can speak realities into our daily situations because of that authority. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
