“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.”

Today's Prayer

Lord, when it seems like the people around me are my enemies, please remind me that my true enemies are not flesh-and-blood people, but unseen beings who are focused on leading me away from You to an eternity of pain and suffering. Help me to face my struggles and problems today in light of eternity and the unseen battle for my mind that will lead only to death and hell. Deliver me from these unseen foes, and let me feel Your presence when I’m feeling weak and discouraged so I can endure and win. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
