Spiritual Warfare: 'Pray and Fear God and You’ll Have True Rewards'

God's Power for Our Battles — Saturday, March 21, 2026

And remember that the heavenly Father to whom you pray has no favorites. He will judge or reward you according to what you do. So you must live in reverent fear of him during your time here as ‘temporary residents.’ For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value.

Today's Prayer

Lord, forgive me for not treating You with reverent fear and respect. Forgive me for neglecting prayer. Remind me that the worldly things I’ve focused on in the past are temporary. These things have distracted me from my true mission: serving You and living in prayerful love for You each day. Help me to focus on the goal of eternity with You and my responsibilities of being an ambassador for You here and now every day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
