Spiritual Warfare: 'God's Gift, Jesus' Sacrifice, Our Life!'

God's Power for Our Battles — Friday, May 29, 2026

For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Today's Prayer

Lord, when I think about all my mistakes, faults, sins, and bad habits, I realize how unworthy I am. I know how I have such a tendency toward sin, disobedience, and pride. I wish I could behave better, but I know I will never be all that I want to be for You. That makes me realize how great Your love for me is. That also makes me so grateful for Your love demonstrated in Your sending of Jesus, Your one, and only Son to die in my place to pay for all my sin. Though I'm not worthy of that, I thank You for it. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
