Spiritual Warfare: 'Diversify Your Good Works for God'

God's Power for Our Battles — Tuesday, June 10, 2025

Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another — or maybe both.

Today's Prayer

Lord, Your ways are above my ways, and Your thoughts are far above mine, so I’ve given up trying to figure out ahead of time what to do. Lead me. Guide me. Help me to stay busy with kingdom things, though I’m not sure which will receive your blessing. Open my eyes to what’s most important on Your agenda for me to be involved in so I don’t waste time or money on things You’re not focused on. Until I figure that out, be gentle and patient with me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
