Spiritual Warfare: 'Diversify Your Good Works for God'
God's Power for Our Battles — Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another — or maybe both.
Lord, Your ways are above my ways, and Your thoughts are far above mine, so I’ve given up trying to figure out ahead of time what to do. Lead me. Guide me. Help me to stay busy with kingdom things, though I’m not sure which will receive your blessing. Open my eyes to what’s most important on Your agenda for me to be involved in so I don’t waste time or money on things You’re not focused on. Until I figure that out, be gentle and patient with me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
"Dear Child of Glory,
The world is filled with many beautiful and precious people. Unfortunately, so many of them miss their greatest opportunities......"
"You must not lose confidence in God because you lost confidence in your pastor. If our confidence in God had to depend upon our confidence in any human person,...."
"Dear Father, blessed bestower of grace, Let me work together with you to entreat people not to reject or ignore your offer of grace, or to accept it...."
