Spiritual Warfare: 'Confession and Cleansing'

God's Power for Our Battles — Saturday, June 20, 2026

If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose].

Today's Prayer

Lord, I admit that I am a sinner. I have failed again, and I know it breaks Your heart. I confess my weakness of _____ and ask You to cleanse me from every evil desire. Grant me strength and courage to turn away from _____ in the future. I want to be clean again in Your sight, Lord, and to be able to stand again in Your presence. Help me to conform my life to the pattern and example given through Your Son Jesus. In His Name, I pray, Amen.
