Lord, I admit that I am a sinner. I have failed again, and I know it breaks Your heart. I confess my weakness of _____ and ask You to cleanse me from every evil desire. Grant me strength and courage to turn away from _____ in the future. I want to be clean again in Your sight, Lord, and to be able to stand again in Your presence.
