Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? And if worry can’t accomplish a little thing like that, what’s the use of worrying over bigger things? Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.
Lord, I confess my bad habit of worrying. I have often let my fears turn into constant worry, giving Satan a foothold in my life. I guess I thought that worrying would lead me to a solution, Lord, but that wasn’t true-it just led to greater worries, greater fears, and thoughts of depression and suicide. Deliver me from my worries and fears, Lord, and help me to learn to trust Your many promises of provision and help. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

"In any museum we will find quite ordinary things - clothes, a walking stick, a pen, pieces of furniture - which are only of value because they were possessed..."
"Jesus, bearing his cross, went forth to suffer without the gate. The Christian's reason for leaving the camp of the world's sin and religion is not..."
"Dear Precious Disciple,
