Spiritual Warfare: 'Obey and Be Pure, Internalizing Scripture'
God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, December 20, 2026
How can a young person live a pure life?By obeying your word. With all my heart I try to obey you. Don’t let me break your commands. I have taken your words to heart so I would not sin against you.
Lord, most of my life I have placed very little value on Your words. Forgive me. Give me a fresh, new desire to read the Bible and apply it’s teaching to my life. Help me to connect the dots with spiritual understanding as I internalize the concepts and teaching in the pages of Scripture. May Your Holy Spirit lead me as I walk this path and learn Your ways. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
