Judge Roy Moore has created an uproar in some quarters. He posted the ten commandments in his courtroom and he begins court with a minister leading in a prayer. Regardless of how the case is finally resolved, Judge Roy Moore is right to suggest to us that our standards of morality are tied to a belief in the God of the Bible. Judge Moore says it this way, This is a religiously based nation.
Today, lets prove Judge Moore right by letting the Lordship of Jesus Christ be our guiding star, by living a holy life set apart for the glory of God. We can also prove the judge right if we are gentle with all those who oppose us, letting the Christ-like spirit and the humble heart reflect that we are followers of Jesus. Yes, lets stand up for Jesus, lets pray for our country that one heart at a time, the Gospel will transform lives!
