44 Laos, 1 Thai, 1 French, 3 Americans. All released except the 13 shown above. #14, Phonsawan, the pregnant wife of Bounlerth was not arrested and had a baby boy 2/15/98. #15, the paid police informer Saengwang was released the night of the raid.
