The Good Book is just loaded with blessings He gives to us; one of them stuck out in my mind the other day. It said, “When God raised up His servant, He sent Him first to you to bless you.” He’s talking about Jesus—he is coming, and he’s going to give us abundant life.

    But the next verse says, “He’s going to bless each of you by turning you from your wicked ways.” In other words, it is impossible to be blessed as long as we walk in the wrong direction, one that goes against the grain. He’s saying you can’t have your cake and eat it too!

    His mercy leads us in a better way, but sadly some of us aren't ready to turn from our wicked ways. Question: How are you following His leading today?
